* Mondays (Segundas): 6:30pm (EST) 20:30 (Brasil)

- Maximum 8 people, recorded class available

Carolina focuses on individualized attention, and even online you will be corrected if necessary or given the option of postures modified for your body and your comfort. You can also go online 15 minutes before class for a chat with the opportunity to talk about some body block, which will be worked on during class. 

 

Note: This class is guided in English. It sometimes happens that North American students are absent and so Carolina guides the class in Portuguese

Hatha Yoga (more gentle) + Sound Healing

Saturdays (Every last Saturday of the month - 9h30am - 10h30am)

Tuesdays following the sunset time | Classes on April, 6:45pm
